I authorize Wingate Ford and/or its assigned creditor to obtain my consumer credit report, verify my employment and income history, and use this information in connection with this application and any resulting credit transaction, for any legitimate purpose permitted under the Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Upon request, I will be provided a copy of this application.
